Prof. Fushuan Wen, Zhejiang University, China

Professor Fushuan Wen received the BE and ME degrees from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 1985 and 1988, respectively, and the PhD degree from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 1991, all in electrical engineering. He joined the faculty of Zhejiang University in 1991, and has been a full professor and the director of the Institute of Power Economics and Information since 1997, and the director of Zhejiang University-Insigma Joint Research Center for Smart Grids since 2010. His research interests include: 1) power economics and electricity markets; 2) power system investment, planning and operation optimization; 3) smart grids and electric vehicles; 4) power system alarm processing, fault diagnosis and system restoration; 5) artificial intelligence applications in power and integrated energy systems. He has published 200+ SCI-indexed papers, 650+ EI-indexed papers, and 740+ Scopus-indexed papers. His publications have been cited for 16000+ times. He has completed and is undertaking more than 180 grants and projects from governmental organizations and industry. Prof Wen received many awards both at the national level and provincial level, including the most prestigious National Natural Science Award of China. He has been listed in "Most Cited Chinese Researchers" in seven consecutive years since 2015 by Elsevier, and is the author of one of the China's 100 Most Influential Domestic Academic Papers in 2016. Prof Wen is the editor-in-chief of Energy Conversion and Economics (SPERI, IET, Wiley), the deputy editor-in-chief of Journal of Automation of Electric Power Systems, a subject editor in power system economics of IET Generation, Transmission and Distribution, associate editor of Journal of Energy Engineering and Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy. 

Prof. Ruqiang Yan, Xi' an Jiaotong University, China

Ruqiang Yan is a Full Professor of the School of Mechanical Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China. His research interests include data analytics, AI, and energy-efficient sensing and sensor networks for the condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and prognosis of large-scale, complex, dynamical systems. Dr. Yan is a Fellow of IEEE (2022) and ASME (2019). His honors and awards include the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society Technical Award in 2019 and multiple best paper awards. Dr. Yan is the Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, an Associate Editor of the IEEE Sensors Journal, and Editorial Board Member of Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering.

Prof. Jianbin Qiu, Harbin Institute of Technology, China

Professor and doctoral supervisor of Aerospace College of Harbin Institute of Technology, selected as IEEE Fellow of International Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, national high-level talents, highly cited scientists all over the world, winner of National Science Fund for Outstanding Young Scholars, Humboldt scholar in Germany, Bachelor's and Doctor's degrees from China University of Science and Technology, and Doctor of Engineering from City University of Hong Kong. He is the chairman of Harbin Branch of IEEE Industrial Electronics Branch, and the editorial board/guest editorial board of internationally renowned journals such as IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics and IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics. Prof. Wei Xu, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China

Selected as IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, high-level talents of Chinese Academy of Sciences and national young talents. He is the director of the Key Laboratory of High-density Electromagnetic Power and Systems, the founding chairman of IEEE IES Wuhan Branch, the chairman of the 2021 International Linear Motor Conference (LDIA), the chairman of the 2023 International Prediction Conference (PRECEDE), the executive member of the International Linear Motor Conference (ISC Member), IEEE TIE and other authoritative journals (deputy editors). He won the first prize of scientific and technological progress in machinery industry in 2022 and the first prize of excellent books in Machinery Industry Society in 2023. He has published more than 210 high-level periodical papers (more than 170 in IEEE series), authorized more than 150 invention patents (2 translations), published 4 monographs and led 2 group standards.
