Dr.Lingwei Xu(徐凌伟)

Lingwei Xu was born in Shandong, China, in 1987. He received his B.S. degree in Department of Communication and Electronics, Qingdao Technological University, Qingdao, China, in 2011, the M.Sc. degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering, Ocean University of China, Qingdao, China, in 2013, and the Ph.D degree in Intelligent Information and Communication System, Ocean University of China, Qingdao, China, in 2016.From 2016 to now, he works at the College of Information Science & Technology, Qingdao University of Science & Technology. He has published about 50 research papers in international journals and conferences. His research interests include UWB systems,MIMO wireless systems,cooperative communication networks, M2M communications, D2D communications and 5G mobile wireless communications.
He has served as an reviewer for 7 international journals, including the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON COMMUNICATIONS, IEEE ACCESS, Wireless Personal Communications,International Journal of Microwave and Wireless Technologies,International Journal of Electronics and Communications, International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, and  International Journal of  Wireless  Information Networks. He has served as a Technical Program Committee (TPC) Member for over 10 international conferences,including MobiApps 2014,ICEPIT 2014,RETCOMP 2015,ICARCAD 2016,and WSCAR 2017.
